6 Third-party service providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate the website, process payments, manage email, host content, deliver program access, protect the website, and support business operations.

These providers may include, depending on the final setup:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Ghost, for website, content, and member access management
• Mailgun or another email provider, for transactional and marketing email
• Cloudflare, for DNS, security, routing, and website delivery
• hosting, backup, analytics, or administrative service providers.

These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to us.

7 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor.

When you purchase NPPP, payment information may be collected and processed directly by the payment processor. We may receive and store information such as your name, email address, billing details, payment status, payment ID, customer ID, invoice information, and transaction metadata.

We do not directly store full credit card numbers.

8 Email communications

We may send transactional emails related to your account, purchase, course access, security, support, or important program updates.
