By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or using NPPP, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

NPPP is an online professional training program focused on audio post-production workflows in Steinberg Nuendo.
The program may include videos, written lessons, downloadable worksheets, checklists, workflow material, examples, updates, community access, or other educational resources.
The program may be delivered directly or through one or more third-party platforms, including course hosting, membership, payment, email, video, or community platforms.
When you purchase or are granted access to NPPP, you receive a limited, single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program for your own individual learning and professional development.
This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, course material, method, workflow, system, video, document, checklist, worksheet, template, or other program content.
You may download, store, and print single copies of worksheets, checklists, or downloadable materials that are specifically made available for download inside the program, for your own individual use only.
Your access to NPPP is for you personally.
You may not share your login, account, password, course access, private links, downloads, videos, or any other program material with another person, company, team, client, student, assistant, contractor, or third party.
If a company, school, studio, or organization wants access for more than one person, each person must have their own authorized access unless a separate written agreement is made with the provider.
You may not copy, reproduce, translate, transmit, modify, edit, resell, redistribute, publish, teach, share, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of NPPP without prior written permission from the provider.
You may not download, screenshot, screen-record, rip, extract, scrape, copy, or redistribute video content from the program.
You may not use the program material to create, teach, sell, publish, or distribute competing courses, training programs, workshops, templates, workflow systems, tutorials, consulting material, or other derivative products based on the program content.
You may not present NPPP methods, systems, sequences, processes, solutions, documents, or materials as your own.
All intellectual property related to NPPP remains the property of the provider.
This includes, without limitation, videos, lessons, workflows, systems, sequences, processes, written content, downloadable files, checklists, worksheets, templates, graphics, names, branding, course structure, teaching methods, and any other material provided through the program.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the program content or any related intellectual property.
Certain information shared through NPPP may be confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive.
Confidential information may include systems, sequences, processes, methods, workflow structures, examples, business practices, course material, private discussions, community content, or other information disclosed in connection with the program.
You agree not to disclose, publish, teach, share, transfer, or commercially use confidential information from the program except for your own individual learning and professional work.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, user ID, email access, and any account used to access NPPP.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The provider is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials or account access.
The provider may suspend or terminate your access to NPPP if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to sharing access, copying material, misusing intellectual property, violating community guidelines, attempting to redistribute program content, or using the program in an unauthorized way.
In cases involving misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized sharing, copying, redistribution, or breach of confidentiality, access may be terminated immediately and without refund.
The provider may also block access to future programs or content and may take any appropriate remedial or legal action.
If NPPP includes access to a community, forum, group, comment area, live session, or other shared space, you agree to participate respectfully and professionally.
The provider may remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access if your conduct is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, harmful, disrespectful, spammy, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
NPPP is provided for informational and educational purposes.
The program is not a guarantee of employment, income, client acquisition, business results, technical outcomes, artistic results, certification, or professional success.
You are responsible for applying the material to your own circumstances and for using your own judgment in professional, business, creative, legal, financial, technical, or client-related decisions.
NPPP may depend on third-party platforms or services for hosting, payment processing, video delivery, email, membership access, or community features.
The provider is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical issues, platform outages, browser issues, device incompatibilities, internet problems, or other technology-related limitations outside the provider’s reasonable control.
You are responsible for having the necessary equipment, software, browser, internet connection, and technical ability required to access and participate in the program.
The provider may update, modify, reorganize, expand, remove, replace, or improve program content over time.
The provider may substitute services, platforms, materials, or delivery methods with alternatives of equal or comparable value when reasonably required.
Program structure, access method, content availability, and delivery platform may change as the program evolves.
Payment terms, price, access duration, and included materials will be presented at or before checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, NPPP is intended as a one-time purchase with long-term access to the purchased program.
If a payment plan or recurring payment option is ever offered, you authorize the provider or payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the terms presented at checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
Refund terms, if any, will be stated at or before checkout and/or in the applicable refund policy.
Because NPPP is a digital professional training program, access and refund terms may depend on the nature of the product, the timing of access, the content already made available, and any applicable law.
Violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing, copying, redistribution, intellectual property misuse, or breach of confidentiality, may result in termination of access without refund.
NPPP is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the provider disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular use.
The provider does not warrant that the program, website, platform, content, communication, or access will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the provider and any partners, employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, agents, or licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on NPPP.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of savings, loss of data, lost opportunities, technical problems, client issues, professional errors, or other damages, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
Your use of the program is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider and any partners, employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, agents, or licensors from and against any claims, losses, judgments, damages, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from your use or misuse of NPPP, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of intellectual property rights, your breach of confidentiality, or your violation of applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum amount of damages that you may be entitled to in any claim arising from or related to NPPP shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the program.
These Terms, together with any checkout terms, refund policy, privacy policy, community guidelines, and any written agreement specifically applicable to your purchase, form the agreement between you and the provider regarding access to and use of NPPP.
The provider may modify or revise these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase or access may be recorded at the time of checkout or account creation. Continued use of the website or program after changes are posted means you agree to the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
NPPP is operated from the Province of Quebec, Canada.
All matters relating to access to, use of, or non-use of NPPP and its content shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec for matters relating to access to and use of the program.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified to best reflect the original intention of the provision while remaining enforceable under applicable law.
